The chews are good smelling, tasty for my pups, and are very soft. I use these for my pack of 3 dogs, and it helps keep them active and joints healthy. Works well for my young dog with his luxating patellas and helps my senior female sheltie with her hips, she stays active like a puppy! And she just turned 8. 90lb. lab/bulldog mix. Following 6 mos. of using these bites, I saw remarkable improvements in my dog’s walking comfort and no longer stands light-footed on his rear right leg. I do recommend the added use of the custom fit Orfho leg brace as an attributing factor in Brady’s full recovery. All in all…Ortho is a great source for my dogs health and comfort. My dog only requires the brace when running in open areas like the park and woods; only to prevent a reoccurring injury. Otherwise he does not wear it. Combination of these two products truly beats the more evasive method of surgery and the lengthy recovery of a large dog.
My dog Emma was born with bilateral hip dysplasia. She's had surgery on one side, but still has some mobility issues and always will.
